Responsibilities

  • Drive Results! Exceed sales goals by developing and delivering innovative sponsorship packages that create win-win outcomes. We're all about impactful solutions.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing the power of sports sponsorships and integrated marketing. We're connectors and collaborators.
  • Own the Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from crafting engaging presentations to negotiating contracts and delivering comprehensive end-of-year reviews. We lead the way.
  • Maximize Client Growth: Cultivate and expand your client portfolio, driving renewals and upselling opportunities. We're invested in long-term partnerships.
  • Be a Key Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, partners, and athletic departments to foster strong, collaborative relationships. We work together.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Remain at the forefront of sports sponsorship trends and adapt swiftly to industry shifts and emerging opportunities. We're always evolving.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

What Makes You the Perfect Teammate?

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales success, demonstrating your drive and capability. We value experience and hustle.
  • Sports Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell integrated sports marketing partnerships, including signage, radio, social, and digital elements. We know sports.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional negotiation skills, enabling you to influence key stakeholders and close deals. We're deal-makers.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication abilities. We communicate with impact.
  • Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social, content, banners, mobile, retargeting, websites, and analytics. We're digital-first.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
