Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, diagnosing disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in acute distress, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and therapeutic communication strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and interpersonal therapy, tailored for individuals, couples, families, or groups, ensuring high-quality care is consistently delivered.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
