We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support operations in a heavy industrial environment. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components , including motors, control panels, gauges, and instrumentation
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving motor control circuits, relay logic, and drive systems
• Support planned maintenance, capital projects, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
• Hands-on experience with power distribution systems up to 4,160 volts
• Working knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Basic computer proficiency (experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus)

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• On-Call Rotation: Every 4 weeks
• Shutdown Period: Annual shutdown with extended hours required
• Pay Rate: $42.32/hour (with annual increases)
• Annual Salary Equivalent: $88,025.60
