Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Human Resources Manager to support our wholesale beverage operations. This role partners with leaders to drive talent strategies, employee engagement, and performance in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policy administration; coaching managers on performance and development; supporting DEI and culture initiatives; ensuring compliance with employment laws; and leveraging HRIS and data to inform decisions. The HR Manager will collaborate across functions, champion safety and integrity, and help build a high-performing, people-first workplace.
