What You'll Do :
- Coordinatethe full bid lifecycle, from initial request to final submission.
- Managetimelines, deadlines, and deliverables, keeping all contributors on track.
- Compileand formatproposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Supportpost-submission activities, including presentations, clarifications, and feedback tracking.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $24.67per hour and will increase to $25.65per hour after 6 months of successful probation . Please click on this link for a statement of compensation/benefits information.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSOF EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Graduation from a college or university regionally accredited through the United States Department of Education with a Bachelor's Degree is required, with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Business or closely related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field may be substituted for degree as determined by the Department Director.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high degree of integrity, strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service to the department's internal or external customers.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Apps, with particular expertise in Word,Excel, Google Docs, or Google Sheets.
- Have a valid Driver's license and be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
- Be able to pass a background investigation, drug and alcohol screenings.
WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Some after hours will be required. WORK LOCATION: In and around the City of Branson, Missouri; This position requires work to be performed onsite. CLOSING DATE: Until Filled
