About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Franchise Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting franchise brand offerings, maintaining relationships with existing franchisees, and acting as a leader in the development of franchise growth and partnerships. This role involves working with business brokers and consultants, attending trade shows, and conducting virtual meetings with prospects. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with a passion for helping others succeed, and a strong background in business ownership or outside transactional sales. While franchise sales experience is a plus, it is not required. The role demands a candidate with a strong work ethic, the ability to achieve goals under pressure, and a willingness to travel up to 50%. Applicants for the Regional Vice President - Franchise Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, or be pursuing one, and possess a valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the region. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of success, the ability to work with a CRM system, and proficiency in MS Office. The position offers a base salary plus commission, and the candidate should be prepared for a role that is both demanding and rewarding.
