Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time.What You'll DoProcess and review employee timecards for accuracy and completeness.Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports for prevailing wage projects.Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act requirements and project labor compliance regulations.Process payroll changes and support employee onboarding.Enter accounts payable invoices and supporting documentation.Order office supplies and coordinate branch employee engagement activities.Administer the branch Safety Bingo program.Serve as backup to the Accounting Manager by assisting with:Customer invoicing and billingCollections and outstanding receivablesAccounting data entryMaryland sales tax reportingVehicle registration and renewalsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required.1+ year of Certified Payroll experience, preferably in construction or heavy civil.2+ years of general accounting or payroll experience.Experience with QuickBooks Time or similar timekeeping software preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Mullens Markings?Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffProfessional Development & Career GrowthSupportive team environmentOpportunity to grow with an industry leader backed by Road Safety ServicesIf you're ready to build your career with a company committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence, apply today!Mullens Markings is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
