Full-time | Remote (w/ travel to NYC and SF) | US (EST) hours | OTE:$130K - $160K CAD (70% base + 30% retention commission) Monday noon, you already met with 3 founders who collectively raised $140M. One, you connected with a top recruiter who found their new COO. The other, you’re texting restaurant recs for their upcoming trip to NYC. The last wants your opinion on how to move a deal with Bank of America across the finish line. Don’t worry about writing great content. Your goal is to be valuable and useful. Write birthday cards. Record videos sharing your ideas for growing their business. Introduce them to our other clients (VCs, Founders, Execs). Send interesting posts. Find dinners and conferences. Set up poker nights and throw penthouse parties. Connect them with influencers. Prompt and effective communication is the key to this role. This will be light work if you’re coming from banking. Nights and weekends are relatively chill. Relationship management: You know the CEO or executive’s business objectives; you know when they are traveling and where. You act on this information. Making connections, giving recommendations. They will try to hire you as their chief of staff after two months. Capturing value: You will manage upselling, renewals, churn, and everything after the sale is closed. You love winning and like money. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Who you are: You are super type A and charismatic: You are right 99% of the time but still have a lot of friends. “You can’t sleep if there is an open loop” - our type A CoS. You are calm under pressure: You feel comfortable talking with CEOs and CMOs of companies that are valued from $50M - $10B. You have 2-4 years of work experience: Consulting, banking, wealth management, law, or any client-facing field that demands excellence. You are relentlessly curious: You love learning, finding trends, and figuring out where they are going. You are a “super connector”: You love connecting with people; you most likely have a spreadsheet of everyone you have met in the last 2 years. You want to live in NYC or SF in the next 3 years.
