Jordan & Associates, duties will include, but not be limited to: Identify and target prospective client companies through research, networking, and referrals. Conduct outbound prospecting calls, emails and visits to generate new business. Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value, quality and speed. Negotiate contracts, bill rates, and service agreements to ensure profitability. Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities. To be successful in this role you should be: Goal oriented A strategic thinker Enjoys working a team environment Education and Experience Guidelines: Have outside sales experience. Have at least 5+ years of professional experience. College education preferred. Prior experience in the staffing industry will be placed in the highest consideration. Recent L.K.
