Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and monitoring strategies, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their preferences are addressed.

• Provide individual and family counseling, employing therapeutic techniques that best fit the needs of each client, from cognitive behavioral therapy to motivational interviewing.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, formulating safety plans and immediate support responses for clients in high-risk situations.

• Facilitate referrals and connect clients with essential community resources such as food banks, housing services, and mental health programs.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the agency and external organizations to coordinate comprehensive services and advocate on behalf of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
