Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, to a diverse caseload of clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to the necessary support services.

• Conduct thorough evidence-based screenings and arrange for additional assessments as necessary to ensure comprehensive client evaluations.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and enhance service delivery, collaborating closely with other health professionals.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring that treatment services align with the client’s presenting problems and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize appropriate safety protocols to manage and report any potential risks or unsafe situations within the therapeutic environment.

• Contribute to crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and interventions to clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients from under-served and vulnerable populations, many of whom may face socio-economic challenges that impact their mental health. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as an LCSW, you will need to demonstrate cultural competency, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with an array of beliefs and interpersonal styles.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
