ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR Full-time Regular Hawthorne, NY, US 19 days ago Requisition ID: 1250 Salary Range: $32.00 To $35.00 Hourly The Arc Westchester, a leading social services agency dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance Department. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the agency’s mission by performing key accounting functions. This position is in-office. Responsibilities for AR Coordinator Include: Payment application Daily deposits Run aging detail and follow up on unpaid invoices Journal entries Monthly closing Gathering support for external audit Job Requirements / Qualifications: Associate Degree in Accounting or related field Must be a team player 2 years of related experience preferred Excellent attendance/dependability Strong excel and computer skills required Ability to work under pressure/multi-task Ability to meet deadlines EOE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: Associate (Required) Experience: Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required) Accounts Receivable: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr WESTCHESTER ARC
