You will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and tools, ensuring that you have the resources needed to deliver the highest level of care.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Motion Menders, your responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, particularly children, to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs, goals, and clinical findings.Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of clinical signs and symptoms, to track progress and modify goals as necessary.Completing detailed documentation, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans, using our electronic health record (EHR) system within the required timeliness.Offering education and support to patients and their families, guiding them through the recovery process and discussing potential challenges they may encounter.Meeting minimum utilization goals and actively contributing to other business objectives.Collaborating with peer professionals in various disciplines within our facility to ensure comprehensive care for patients receiving multiple therapeutic services.Promoting the core values of Motion Menders, representing our mission and enhancing our culture through your compassionate service.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will have the rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adults, and seniors from various backgrounds and with a wide range of diagnoses. This role is critical in providing tailored interventions that consider each individual's unique cultural and physiological contexts, fostering an inclusive and effective treatment approach.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required.A current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey, granted by the Board of Physical Therapy.A readiness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and, where appropriate, through telehealth options.A strong desire and adaptability to work with a diverse patient demographic.Excellent communication skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to customer service excellence.Preferred ExperienceWe value candidates who are resilience-driven, highly flexible, and eager to embrace a multidisciplinary environment.
