Account Executive - Infusion Therapy Services Compensation: $115K-$135K base salary (negotiable) + commission
On-target earnings $200K+
Location: Greater Hartford, CT Our client, a national home infusion pharmacy serving Connecticut, is hiring a field-based Account Executive to expand referral partnerships and drive adoption of infusion therapy services across the region. What You'll Do
• Develop new referral relationships with specialty providers, hospitals, and clinic decision-makers
• Focus on IVIG, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatology, and related specialties
• Build long-term partnerships with physicians, care teams, and practice administrators
• Educate providers on infusion therapy services and patient access pathways
• Deliver tailored presentations to referral sources
• Stay current on infusion therapy trends, reimbursement considerations, and competitor offerings
• Partner internally with pharmacy, intake, and clinical teams to ensure patient access and provider satisfaction
• Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reporting
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals What We're Looking For
• Healthcare sales experience in infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, hospice, lab/diagnostic services, or other referral-based healthcare services
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
• Comfort managing a field-based territory
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Connecticut What's Offered
