Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist — Remote

Job Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing operations, account management, payment processing, and customer inquiries.
This is a remote, non-technical position that is well suited for someone with experience in billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, finance administration, customer service, or general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process customer invoices
Monitor outstanding invoices and account balances
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
Process payments and maintain accurate account records
Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment questions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues
Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial and customer documentation
Follow established billing and payment procedures
Prepare reports and assist with month-end activities
Protect confidential customer and financial information

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, finance administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business software
Ability to research discrepancies and solve problems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

No coding or technical background is required.
