Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and various other mental health challenges. As an LPCC at Be Connected Counseling, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, offering empathetic support and tailored therapeutic interventions that lead to meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related mental health field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated capacity to deliver individualized therapy tailored to clients’ needs.

• Ability to maintain comprehensive clinical records and documentation.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting or with diverse populations preferred.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Be Connected Counseling LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide additional incentives, including productivity bonuses that reward excellence in service delivery.
