Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various settings like individual, family, and group therapy.

• Assisting in crisis intervention and referring patients to emergency services when immediate help is required, ensuring continuity of care even in high-stress situations.

• Maintaining thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to clinic policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families to empower them with strategies for effective mental health management.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer comprehensive support to patients.

• Implementing regular outcome assessments to gauge treatment effectiveness and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment and actively incorporating these insights into your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
