Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our advanced platform and your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates

* Connect with potential candidates to introduce MLR's career opportunities and assess their interest

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Follow up with candidates to nurture their interest and facilitate the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires sourced from your outreach
