Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire Armed Security Guards in the C helsea, MA area , who are friendly, professional, and have customer service and security experience. Armed Security Guards, stand post, walk tours, write reports, render aid.

Work shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates for daytime (10:00 pm - 4:00 am) as well as candidates that have flexibility with second and third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week. Pay is $19.50 - $22.00 / hour (based on training and experience).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 19+ years of age
• Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle
• MA-LTC (employment or no restrictions)
• Must own personal pistol in 9mm or 40cal.
• Verifiable training in "how to shoot" (military or law enforcement)
• 1 year of security experience
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Flexible work availability
• Command presence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal cell phone (to call on and off duty with our dispatch center)
• Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments)
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process
• Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check
