You will learn how to identify homeowners who may be considering selling and develop those initial conversations into qualified acquisition opportunities. Through outbound outreach and purposeful follow up, you will become more effective at understanding seller motivation, gathering property information, and recognizing situations that may align with specific investment criteria.

As opportunities develop, you will gain practical experience researching comparable properties, reviewing market conditions, evaluating potential value, and determining the next steps for each lead. You will also strengthen your ability to discuss terms, navigate negotiations, and maintain seller relationships throughout the process from initial conversation through closing.

Working alongside experienced real estate and acquisitions professionals, you will have access to coaching, mentorship, and proven systems for organizing leads and managing an active pipeline. The focus is on developing productive daily habits that keep new conversations entering your pipeline while existing opportunities continue moving forward.

• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
