Actualmente contamos con una oportunidad de empleo para un(a)s Analista de Reaseguro para nuestra oficina central en Hato Rey. Funciones Analizar la información relacionada con el riesgo suscrito, siniestralidad y esquema de reaseguro para todas las líneas de negocio. Revisión y monitoreo de Cúmulos. Manejo de Validadores de Datos. Preparación datos para el análisis de riesgos catastróficos PML. Presupuesto de Compra de Reaseguro. Preparación de paquetes de Reportes para la Renovación de los tratados de Reaseguro. Evaluar resultados de los contratos de Reaseguro. Informe Distribución de Costos de Reaseguro. Participar en reuniones de Proyectos Estratégico y determinar cómo afectan la data de Reaseguro. Documentación de procesos. Ser referente a otros usuarios sobre la gestión de los datos de Reaseguro. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos como suscripción, siniestros y contabilidad. Conocimiento en Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Access, TEAMS, etc.). Conocimiento general de las líneas de negocio en Property and Casualty. Buenas destrezas en comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo. Buena actitud para asumir nuevos retos y/o tareas. Pensamiento crítico que permita escuchar, analizar y evaluar situaciones para proponer acciones o soluciones. Capacidad para manejar alto volumen de datos, analizarlos e identificar discrepancias o variaciones. Bachillerato en: Contabilidad o Fianzas, Estadísticas o Sistemas de Información.
