Actuarial Analyst Position Summary Our Client, a Leading International Insurance company is hiring an Actuarial Analyst for their Puerto Rico-based operations. This position will provide support in actuarial modeling, portfolio analysis, pricing initiatives, and risk management activities within the insurance operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance or reinsurance environments and strong analytical capabilities to support technical performance evaluation, reserving, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop actuarial models and perform statistical analyses to support business and risk management decisions. Analyze portfolio performance indicators, including: Claim frequency Claim severity Loss ratios/claims experience Technical performance of the insurance portfolio Support pricing activities for ValorYa and future insurance products. Calculate and maintain technical reserves. Participate in and provide actuarial support for: Risk Committee activities Underwriting Committee activities Assist in analyses and recommendations related to: Reinsurance structures Retention levels Exposure limits Stress testing exercises Support preparation of actuarial information required for regulatory filings and reporting. Prepare technical reports, actuarial analyses, and portfolio performance assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support underwriting, finance, risk, and strategic initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Careers Inc
