Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: Based on experience
Legacy Wholesale Group is a growing, family-owned distribution company serving restaurants and businesses throughout Arizona. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist .
Responsibilities
Answer calls and assist customers in Spanish and English
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors
Enter orders and process payments accurately
Provide product, order, and delivery information
Coordinate with office, warehouse, sales, and delivery teams
Perform general filing, data entry, and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Fluent Spanish and English required
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Previous receptionist or customer-service experience preferred
