Position Details

• Position: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent / Direct Hire
• Location: Great Bend, KS
• Department: Medical-Surgical Unit
• Schedule: 12-Hour Day or Night Shifts
• Hours: 36 Hours per Week
• Overtime Available
• Self-Scheduling Model
• Minimal On-Call Requirements
• May Float to Other Units Within Scope of Practice

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification Required
• ACLS and PALS may be obtained after hire
• New Graduate Nurses Encouraged to Apply
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Professional, compassionate, and motivated attitude preferred
