Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a dynamic Medical-Surgical team in Great Bend, Kansas . This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates looking to build a rewarding career in acute care. Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $28.00 – $37.00/hour based on experience
• Night Shift Differential
• Weekend Shift Differential

• Day and Night Shifts Available
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Hours per Week
• Self-Scheduling Available
• Every Other Weekend Required
• Every Other Holiday Required
• Minimal On-Call Requirements

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS and PALS may be obtained after hire
• New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
