Global Business Development Manager

Leading the worldwide growth of optical pumping cesium atomic clock solutions, the full-time Global Business Development Manager will define and execute a go-to-market strategy, engage with key customers, and drive revenue targets while working remotely with occasional regional travel. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for cesium-based timing solutions Engage directly with national metrology institutes, hyperscale cloud providers, and defense agencies to develop high-value deals Own and deliver global revenue targets for the cesium portfolio while managing a qualified pipeline across regions Required Qualifications 12 years of experience in time and frequency technologies, including defense and critical infrastructure Strong understanding of NMI infrastructure and network synchronization technologies Proven track record in global business development and opening new markets Experience with cesium and rubidium atomic clocks Exposure to emerging timing technologies such as quantum clocks and optical timing systems
