Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services to clients of all ages who experience emotional and social challenges related to serious health conditions.

• Supervise and mentor interns and trainees, ensuring they complete documentation for their educational institutions and adhere to best practices.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure compliance with evolving federal, state, and county regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant records and documents for each intern under supervision, participating in evaluations to ensure high performance standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor intern caseloads and support their assignments while addressing emerging concerns promptly.

• Conduct thorough audits of clinical documentation and client records to meet organizational policies and funding requirements.

• Engage in data entry using the AWARDS electronic health record system to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client information.

• Provide clinical consultations in both crisis and non-crisis situations to enhance client care.

• Ensure the workspace is well-maintained and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

• Engage actively in program meetings, offering insights and facilitating discussion on service delivery improvements.
