Job Description
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain recruitment records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
• Assist in resolving routine employee relations matters and maintain employee communication records.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
• Maintain company policies and personnel records in accordance with applicable employment regulations.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and employment forms.
• Assist the manager with performance review processes and employee feedback documentation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or psychology.
Salary: $61,797/year. Benefits: Life Insurance, PTO, DB Plan.
