Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCSW will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies to effectively address mental health challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring all records accurately reflect client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Collaborate proactively with the educational staff and other mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote your professional development, enhance service delivery, and maintain high-quality standards of care.

• Educate and support patients and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and effective treatment options, empowering them to take control of their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with children and their families within school environments, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related difficulties. Your expertise will provide vital support to students, helping them reach their academic and emotional potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your academic and theoretical foundation in social work principles.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas, affirming your commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
