Hybrid HR Generalist: Recruiting & People Growth

Millstone Medical Outsourcing is seeking an HR Generalist to drive full-cycle recruiting and support HR programs. This 25% role will partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, source top talent, and coordinate onboarding while maintaining accurate HRIS data. You will support benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance, with onsite presence in Bloomfield, CT one day every other month.
