This HR role is focused on promoting a positive workplace environment through employee sourcing, communication and engagement. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate sourcing, hiring and tracking for TRES US Business Unit. Must be able to travel up to 50%. Follow up with new hires on their employee experience. Implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover. Coordinate probationary performance evaluations. This role is responsible for recruiting candidates to direct roles through external recruitment events, interviewing, and selection processes. Your Background: High School Diploma. Recruitment experience 2 to 5 years required. Proficiency in MS Office applications required. Experience with Workday preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail. Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to appropriately manage confidential and sensitive information. Excellent Presentation and Public Speaking skills. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
