Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Gainor Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Coordinator to provide part-time support across several business functions. You'll partner with multiple teams to support human resources, financial operations, and marketing initiatives. Who You Are You have 2+ years of human resources experience Prior experience with onboarding and payroll support, highly preferred Personable, professional, and customer service oriented Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel What You'll Do Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices Coordinate onboarding activities and employment documentation for new hires Post and maintain job advertisements across multiple job boards Create and update marketing materials Process employee timecards and payroll approvals Maintain organized records and support day-to-day business operations Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed Pay Rate Range: $28-32 per hour, based on experience Time Commitment: 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) for approximately 6 months Location: Midtown, NYC – Fully on site Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
