Occupational Therapist (OT) - Chicago (WL) Department: Occupational Therapy Full Time Chicago, Illinois, United States - 60607 Description Occupational Therapist (OT) 1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL | Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm; opportunities for Saturdays, 8-1:30pm Total Compensation Package: Valued between $88,000–$105,000. Annual Salary: $72,000–$85,000, based on experience and qualifications. Annual Increases: Annual merit-based increases. As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence. Responsibilities: Providing individualized therapy Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Knowledge and Skills Required: Required credentials to practice occupational therapy Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred Competencies: proactive problem-solving, results-oriented, worksmanship, resourceful, and clear communicator Why Join Eyas Landing?
