Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, ensuring that appropriate treatment is administered tailored to their individual needs.

• Craft and implement customized therapy programs that align with each client’s goals and challenges, making necessary adjustments based on their progress.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with practical tools and techniques to manage their emotional health effectively.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide a holistic approach to care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
