Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to understand clients' needs fully.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure client confidentiality and professional accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a wide-ranging client population, including adults grappling with trauma, children facing anxiety, and families seeking improved communication and relationship skills. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural competency and an understanding of various perspectives in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New York.
