Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging advanced telehealth technologies to connect with patients across various demographics. You will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and offer support from the comfort of your own home, allowing for a flexible work schedule. Our practice operates primarily on weekdays, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some adaptability may be required to meet patients' needs, including after-hours support during crises.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, leading to the development of comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
\n
• Organize and lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and address shared challenges in mental well-being.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and integrated care.
\n
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and treatment options, as well as community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to remain engaged with ongoing professional development and team dynamics.

• Continuously update knowledge through research and training, enhancing therapeutic techniques and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, across different cultural and socioeconomic contexts. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to effectively address the unique needs and concerns of our diverse patient population, ensuring that every individual receives the support that feels right for them.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrable understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong track record in performing comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Experience implementing individual and group therapy, particularly with varied populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Adherence to professional ethics and standards, demonstrating sound judgment in patient interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and record keeping.

• An ability to work jointly and supportively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
