Position Overview
Our organization is looking for a fellowship-trained endourologist to join the Department of Urology as an Assistant Professor within the University Medical Line. The ideal applicant will possess significant experience in both surgical and non-surgical approaches to managing kidney stone disease, alongside a strong history of patient care and educational contributions. A background in translational and/or clinical research is essential, with the potential to establish an independent research program and secure external funding.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional clinical care and management of kidney stone disease.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring within our training programs.
- Develop and lead a robust research initiative aimed at achieving national recognition.
- Contribute to scholarly activities that enhance clinical medicine.
- Participate in institutional service aligned with departmental needs.
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible with an MD or MD/PhD (or equivalent).
- Completion of fellowship training in endourology is required.
- Demonstrated excellence or potential in clinical care, teaching, and scholarly contributions.
- Evidence of commitment to teaching during residency and fellowship training is preferred.
- A strong record of innovative peer-reviewed publications and career development awards is highly desirable.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $372,000 to $399,000. This range reflects base pay based on faculty rank and years of service, excluding additional components of the faculty compensation program or departmental incentive pay.
