Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Jersey City, NJ (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across Jersey City, Staten Island, Bayonne, and Hackensack. The role involves delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals, executing sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and navigating payer environments to drive product utilization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Analyze territory performance, develop sales plans with District Manager, and share best practices with colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's with 3+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years
• Sales, marketing, or clinical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device sectors preferred
• Product or specialty sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related therapeutic areas preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability in sales planning, technical knowledge, and communication

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual
