Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy within an addiction treatment context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
