Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and individual goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop, implement, and refine personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with the latest research in addiction psychology.

• Facilitate effective individual counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, aimed at empowering clients and enhancing their coping strategies.

• Lead group therapy sessions that promote shared learning and support among individuals navigating similar challenges in recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals struggling with substance use disorders, encompassing a wide range of ages and backgrounds. As a key member of our clinical team, you will engage with patients who are navigating the complexities of addiction recovery, providing them with tailored support and understanding. You will also work closely with families, helping them recognize the impact of substance use on their loved ones and guiding them in supporting their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Proficient understanding of substance use disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented practices.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting both individual and group therapy specifically related to addiction.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, underpinned by a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
