Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new patients to understand their unique backgrounds, needs, and treatment goals for effective substance use disorder therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, ranging from mild to severe conditions. Therapists will support a diverse demographic, including adolescents and adults, each with unique personal circumstances and challenges in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling, from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California, ensuring adherence to state regulations and practices.

• A solid understanding of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented principles, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy, respect, and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
