This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that prioritizes work-life balance. The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs, strengths, and goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to empower clients in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities specific to substance use disorders and recovery-oriented care.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy focusing on addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses. A generous sign-on bonus is also available for the right candidate.
