You will primarily work with individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, many of whom may also be navigating the complex interplay of chronic health conditions within a Hospice context. Your role will focus on providing therapeutic interventions to support their emotional well-being and recovery, thus impacting their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.

• Deep knowledge of substance use disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches applicable within the context of addiction recovery.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy within addiction treatment frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses.
