Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on patient lives. Our telehealth setting utilizes state-of-the-art technology for consultations, enabling you to connect with clients through various digital platforms that maintain confidentiality and ease of access. Work hours are generally Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate the unique needs and goals of individuals entering our treatment programs.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that outline therapeutic interventions and measurable objectives.

• Perform individual counseling sessions using approaches such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to foster positive change.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share experiences and strategies while building a supportive community.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of patient health.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support and guidance during substance-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.

• Educate patients and their families on addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources, supporting their journey to wellness.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage proactively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes.

• Stay informed about advancements in substance use disorder treatment, continuously integrating new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented practices, and a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy focused on addiction recovery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering care with empathy and non-judgment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to incentivize qualified applicants.
