Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address their emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, reflecting their goals, challenges, and progress.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation through our secure therapist portal, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Incorporate applied behavior analysis techniques when appropriate to assist clients in overcoming behavioral challenges.

• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance team communication and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Possession of an active State license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
