Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging closely with patients and multidisciplinary teams. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. The outpatient facility features advanced telehealth technology to facilitate Therapy sessions, ensuring seamless and effective patient-care interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify individual needs, treatment objectives, and barriers to recovery for patients seeking care for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Facilitate and lead individual counseling sessions, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment for open and honest dialogue.

• Conduct group therapy sessions designed to create community and shared experiences among individuals in recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and addiction specialists, ensuring a coordinated, integrative approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, managing high-pressure situations involving substance-related emergencies effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders, recovery processes, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy specifically in the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
