This position is fully remote, enabling our therapists to work from anywhere while engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. We operate from Monday through Saturday, providing flexibility for our therapists to develop their own schedules that align with their personal and professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, adolescents, and families to identify issues and formulate treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage in initial evaluations, collecting relevant information and collaborating with team members to deliver a complementary care continuum while ensuring timely triage of required services.

• Document clinical interventions and treatment plans thoroughly and promptly, facilitating effective communication among clinicians and ensuring adherence to professional and organizational standards.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, fostering collaboration with hospitals, community agencies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to deliver effective therapeutic services, guiding clients in the successful completion of their individualized service plans.

Your primary clientele will consist of individuals ranging from young children to older adults, each presenting a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the State of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
