Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients in a comfortable and flexible setting, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. Regular communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors will be facilitated through virtual meetings and digital collaboration tools, ensuring you feel connected and supported in your work. You will maintain a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of evening shifts as needed to accommodate clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify individual treatment needs and formulate personalized therapy plans.

• Create tailored intervention strategies utilizing evidence-based approaches, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Lead individual counseling sessions and group therapy discussions, fostering a supportive environment for clients to share and grow.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention by responding to substance-related emergencies with professionalism and empathy.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction, effective recovery techniques, and available community resources, empowering them to take proactive steps towards their wellness.

You will work primarily with individuals facing substance use disorders, from varied backgrounds and life experiences. Understanding the complexities of addiction, you will provide compassionate, culturally competent care that respects and addresses the unique challenges faced by each client and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• Comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience providing therapy to individuals and groups dealing with addiction issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with empathy and respect for clients' diverse backgrounds.

• Commitment to upholding professional boundaries and patient confidentiality in all interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a proficiency in utilizing digital tools for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of post-degree clinical experience focusing on addiction treatment and recovery-oriented practices is preferred. Experience with different therapeutic modalities for substance abuse and a strong background in crisis intervention will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with additional bonuses.
