Your work environment will be primarily remote, enabling flexibility while ensuring you remain connected with our passionate team. Some evening shifts may be required based on patient needs, offering additional flexibility in structuring your work hours. Our scheduled work week runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the individual needs and goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, employing diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques to understand their unique situations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions that address patients' specific challenges and aspirations.

• Provide individual counseling sessions using motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches, helping patients develop coping strategies and relapse prevention techniques.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions to foster community support among individuals in recovery, allowing them to share experiences and strategies in a safe space.

• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, ensuring integrated and holistic care tailored to each patient's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, offering immediate assistance during substance-related emergencies and ensuring patient safety.

• Educate patients and their families on addiction, recovery pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accountability and transparency in patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, accompanied by performance bonuses.
