Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include comprehensive psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions. In this role, you will:

• Conduct initial patient and family assessments to identify psychological, social, and emotional needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment strategies based on client progress, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.

• Document all relevant patient interactions, treatment updates, and care plans clearly and ethically within our electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, participating in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide case management services, coordinating with community resources and programs to facilitate holistic support for assigned clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
